Time for another Romance Weekly blog hop! Can’t believe it’s Tuesday already. This week’s questions are from Nina Mason.
Do you like to read romance novels? Wouldn’t you like to know more about your favourite authors? Well you came to the right place! Join the writers of Romance Weekly as we go behind the scenes of our books and tell all….. About our writing of course! Every week we’ll answer questions and after you’ve enjoyed the blog on this site we’ll direct you to another. So come back often for a thrilling ride! Tell your friends and feel free to ask us questions in the comment box.
1. How does your writing impact your inner life?
Hm, my inner life? I guess writing helps me expel all of the thoughts in my head in a creative way. I’ve always had a vivid and large imagination 😀 Over the years I have always enjoyed getting the stories and characters my imagination comes up with out into some form. Writing allows me to do that, and give me some sanity back to the jumble of things in my head, which at times can become overwhelming!
2. How do you hope your books affect your readers?
I want my books to be a form of great escapism. Real life nowadays can be so overwhelmingly stressful, and reading is one way to come down from that. I hope people can pick up one of my books and just get away from it all, transport themselves to a story they can enjoy and get involved with.
For just a while they can forget about life, and have some fun.
3. Has anyone ever told you your book changed their life? If so, how?
Well, I haven’t published any yet, so no 😀 But maybe one day, that would be a nice thing to think.
Check out Katherine Givens and see what she has to say this week 🙂

Great answers, especially to question 2 🙂 Sometimes there’s nothing better than getting away from real life for a little while! 🙂
Yeah, I do love escaping into books, stories that just pull me away from life and trasport me somewhere else! 😀
Thank you for reading and commenting 🙂
Love your answers! I enjoy how you want your books to be an escapism, because as a reader, that’s what I want out of a book.
Me too, definately like to get away for a few hours in the midst of a book, the best way to forget everything else that’s going on 😀
Thank you for reading and commenting 🙂
What a great way to put it. Writing helps expel your thoughts in a creative way.
It really does 😀 My head can get so full with characters and scenes and ideas I just got to get them out, and writing is great way for to get that release!
Thank you for reading and commenting 🙂 Will be making the blog hop round for some commenting in a bit!
Well put!
